Common questions
What does vectorize mean?
A vector file is drawn with shapes instead of pixels, so it stays perfectly sharp at any size, from a business card to a billboard. Printers, sign shops and embroiderers usually ask for one.
Can you fix any AI-generated image?
Most of them. We upscale, clean and rebuild them for print. Very detailed images, textures and tiny text may not come out exactly like the original, and we'll tell you up front if something won't print well.
Will it look exactly like my original?
We match the original as closely as we can. Files are rebuilt, not copied pixel for pixel, so small details can change slightly. You approve a proof before you get the final files.
What files do I get?
AI (Illustrator), PDF, SVG and a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. Tell us if you need something else.
Who owns the file?
You do. Make sure you have the rights to the image you send, especially for logos you didn't create.
