Order Cancellation Policy
Jobs cannot be stopped and/or cancelled once the mock-up has been approved. There will be no refunds of any kind after a job has been approved.
Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy
Zouz Media LLC focuses on providing our customers with the best possible printing experience and products. If there is any issue with your order, you must report the problem within three (3) business days. You can submit your claim by calling us at (603) 460-4087, or via email at joe@zouzmedia.com
Our Customer Service Representative will document your complaint and create a claim for you to reference as we investigate how to best resolve the issue. All defects and/or order issues must be reported to Zouz Media LLC within 3 business days of receiving your order. Customers will be requested to submit digital photos to document the product’s defects. In some cases, customers will be required to ship defective product(s) back to Zouz Media LLC at their own expense and within an agreed-upon reasonable time frame. In cases where the order is required to be shipped back to Zouz Media LLC at the customer’s expense, Zouz Media LLC may reimburse the customer for shipping if a defect is determined to exist. Any charges related to expedited orders, such as rush printing or shipping, are non-refundable for defective products unless FedEx delivers a defective product or fails to deliver an order. Turnaround time and shipping options for reprinted orders vary due to available production capacity and are at Zouz Media LLC’s discretion. Turnaround time begins after receipt of final proof approval. Final approval will only be accepted in written format. No verbal approvals will be accepted.
Customer Submitted Artwork and Graphics
We are not responsible for any and all errors in the customer’s printing job if they submit the artwork.
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format. Zouz Media LLC is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB or spot colors to CMYK color modes. All artwork, designs, and images must be provided in a minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode. Zouz Media LLC is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated due to customer-provided artwork.
Color Proof Accuracy
Please note color proofs cannot match the final product 100% due to the differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations. A reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job is expected, unavoidable, and shall constitute an acceptable delivery.
Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement, but not color or density. Zouz Media LLC will make every effort to produce a reasonable representation based on materials supplied by the customer; however, Zouz Media LLC does not guarantee color matching.
Unfortunately, from time to time there is a misrepresentation of color due to soft proofing because of the calibration of one monitor to another. Zouz Media LLC is not liable for the final color appearance of its products.
Trimming and Folding
While Zouz Media LLC will try its best to trim and fold each job accurately as per the order specs and artwork, Zouz Media LLC is not liable for up to 0.0625" of trimming and folding variance on each side. The design of the artwork should not be dependent on exact trimming or fold dimensions.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Zouz Media LLC, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, and suppliers harmless from any liability, loss, claim, and expense related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Zouz Media LLC harmless from any and all claims arising from the improper use of trademark, copyright, or other protected material.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service or products to any person or organization.
Customer Supplied Incorrect Address
When a package is returned to Zouz Media LLC due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Zouz Media LLC will reship the package with the corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
