Questions
Do I need a dashboard?
No. Every site sends its messages straight to your email. The dashboard is for businesses that want to track customers, reviews and visitors in one place.
How do I log in to my dashboard?
Go to dashboard.zouzsites.com, type your email and we email you a code. No passwords.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain stays in your name. If it's already registered somewhere, it stays there; we just point it at your new site.
What if I want to leave?
Your domain stays yours, and so does your customer list.
Can my site take bookings and payments?
Yes, on the Bookings and payments plan. Payments go through your own Stripe account, straight to you. Stripe's standard card fees apply.
Can I make changes myself?
Your settings, messages and customers, yes, from the dashboard. Changes to the website itself: email or text us. Monthly changes are included from the Website plan up.
